Unusually broad for a white wine glass, standing 9-1/8 inches tall and holding 27-1/2 ounces at full capacity, each Vinum Extreme glass in this set of two is designed specifically for the enjoyment of Chardonnay. At the same time, the modern diamond shape looks distinctly snazzier than typical wine stems. p Though Vinum Extreme glasses are machine-made to be affordable, the glasses consist of 24 percent lead crystal for exceptional clarity and brilliance. The Chardonnay glasses make a handsome gift or add to an existing collection. Great glasses! May 4, 2008
I was in a tasting room in the Russian River Valley when I first got to use these glasses -- it was love at first sight. I already have the full line of Riedel Sommelier glasses, but these are a little less pretentious and a lot more fun for a casual occasion.
