Schott Zwiesel Diva Wine/Water Goblets- Set of 6br /These are wonderful. I have a marbel table top and my granddaughter knocked one of these glasses over and it bounced! It did not break. A few weeks later my son did the same thing - same response. br /They are a tad "thick" but worth the difference.br /

I am coming back for another set of these, because they are my favorite glasses ever. Suitable for red or white, thus a great all-purpose glass, you can put them in the dishwasher, use them out on the deck, take them in a picnic basket, etc. and you can always count on their strength. They are very thin and chime beautifully too. I have had the stem break off from one, but I got years of use out of my first set. I am glad these are available on Amazon, so I can use my Amazon Visa points and score them for free -- god knows I don't need more wine glasses, but I really like having these for my little everyday luxury.

Have the Riedel glass ware and already have a 'nick' in rim of one costing about $12 each....knew that day would happen and just chalked it up to 'doing business'.br /ENTER TRITAN:br /PROS:br /- it truly is no different than Riedel glass warebr /- HOLDS UP TO DISHWASHERbr /- HOLDS UP TO CASUAL SMACKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!br /- ALL the above = the only reason to NEVER buy a Riedel or other stemware of Lead Glass again.br /CONS:br /- CANNOT hold up to a hammer: no, haven't tried this yet...really want to...but, well, perhaps after that special Sonoma Carnneros red....I will ceremoniously, accidentally, have one 'slip' from my fingers on the balcony over that blasted patio brick near the fushia......'ok, i dream'...NAW I'm going to do it, will report back on that later.br /
