In the past, the last night of a wine show is the opportunity to get home early, to see the family and put your feet up. But not this year!

Stanford Study Finds French Wine Boycott Hurt Sales
Two Stanford University economists found that weekly sales of French wine dropped an estimated 26 percent at the peak of the boycott when France opposed invading Iraq, and resulted in a 13 percent slip for the six months or so.
