Surprise dry spell as wine sales dip
AUSTRALIANS seem to be losing their love of wine, with sales during the past year down 4.2 per cent, new figures show. The Australian Bureau of Statistics said domestic sales of Australian wine increased by 0.1 per cent to 34.9 million litres during January.

EU, U.S. Sign Agreement on European Wine Names, Market Access
March 10 (Bloomberg) -- The U.S. and the European Union signed a wine trade agreement that could one day limit the use of European names such as port, sherry and champagne on some products made in the U.S.
